A large refrigerated vehicle is not always necessary for an emergency food collection. Our refrigerated Caddy vans provide a quicker and more economical option for cartons, food samples, individual orders and other smaller consignments.
Their compact size allows easier access to busy city centres, restaurant streets, cash-and-carry loading areas and rural premises. They also offer considerably better fuel efficiency than a large van, helping to keep the cost proportionate when only a small quantity of stock is urgently required.
The consignment still travels in a dedicated temperature-controlled vehicle without being combined with another customer’s delivery.

The goods must be paid for, correctly packaged and ready for collection before the driver arrives. For cash-and-carry collections, the business placing the order remains responsible for purchasing the goods and confirming that the supplier will release them to our driver.
